deregister
I've have this message in an old installation of a customer and I want to install a new license but:
"Theme is registered
You are using Envato Hosted, this subscription code can not be deregistered."
I wonder if is possible to deregister in some way and apply a new license.
Thanks.

Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
Thanks
One thing. And if I try to upload my new registered copy it will be overwritten right? our it could be create problems?
If you mean the theme files, then yes, they will overwrite your current files.
Updating an old theme to the newest version should not occur any problems.
If you notice any, please, let me know. But before updating, I recommend doing a backup of your website with the Duplicator plugin.
Thanks
I've installed the theme in the first website. I've tried to install in another website (on the same sever...they're subdomains on the same server site1.domain.it site2.domain.it) but I get this error:
Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on.
Did you register your license key on the main domain first?
If not, please, deregister the license from the subdomain, register on the main domain, and register on the subdomain then.
Thanks
I try to explain better. I've 3 websites that are all subdomains of this principal domain and are all on the same server but I don't have access to the main domain and there is no Wordpress on the main domain.
Then it will not work this way.
The license key must be registered on the main domain first so it can be registered for multiple subdomains.
Best regards
This is a big problem because I cannot access to the main domain and I cannot install it wp.
As a workaround, you can create sub-sub domains for one subdomain, register the license on the subdomain first and on the sub-sub domains then.
Thanks
yes but in this case the name of website will be name.domain.domain.com right?
That is right. In the situation where you do not have an opportunity to activate the license key on the main domain, I do not see any other option.
Best regards
