How can I change the size of the logo in the header. I don't see any options in the theme settings.

Hi,
You can change the logo height in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Logo.
Remember that the height will not work if you put a value higher than your image resolution.
Moreover, the logo can be reduced to the menu bar height, and in that case, you can use the Overflow Logo option.
