Updating Theme

Hi,

Our theme has stopped updating completely, I opened a thread before but got no response.

We have a big issue with this as well as the security threats as we're not able to use the beta header builder which we need.

Can someone please help us?

    I have checked the previous discussion you created, and I have answered you there.

    However, I will answer you again.

    This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.

    If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).

    After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins a couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

  • I went through the forum and couldnt find it Phil and had no emails about a reply, apologies that I missed it, I have seen your response now as I am still on the forum and got an inpage notification. I will have to bookmark this page to keep checking back.

    Is there a way to raise a private support query - I have a further question that I would rather not post publicly.


    So every single plugin must be disabled first? Thats quite a headache! I will try it tonight though.

    I have tried checking the license key tool. I have my initial email which verifies my envato username as northseadigital and I have the purchase code. I have tried that combination and the registered email address with the purchase code, either way it says something is wrong - this could be an issue we need to resolve though as at a time I used a cloned site to build, then merged it back to the live site so its something we need to find a way to check.

    Obviously cannot post my purchase code here, can I PM you?
