"Shop Archive" templates show on the wrong pages after Theme updates.

I have built seven "Shop Archive" templates for my six category pages and one "shop all" shop page, and they worked great before I updated the Theme. Now, only one of my categories page displays the correct template, and the other five are displaying the same template as the "shop all" shop page.
I compared the unfunctional templates with the one that works, and there is no difference. I also tried to update the template several times, but it still failed.

How can I contact the Betheme team directly? It's urgent, and no one here seems to reply. ???
I tried to deactivate all the plugins except the Bethem and Woocommerce, the issue persists, so I guess it's not a conflict problem?
I also checked every setting related to the issue but found nothing wrong. Why does one of the category templates work and the others don't???

Hi, sorry for the slow reply. The templates issue has changed, now the "Rocking chair" page shows the wrong template too, and others show the "Adirondack Chair" template?

I cannot update template's changes, it didn't work. For example, the shop products always show description even I hide it.?
I will just create pages for my categories instead of using templates. Thank you for your help.
(The issue still exist, so it'd be better to keep looking into it.)

It looks like this is a serious issue plaguing the V26 Update. @serwall, Our solution on monday will be to downgrade the theme temporarily as Betheme fixes this and updates it. On monday, 10 am ET I will send you the lates V25 we have. Please Betheme team, you guys have an amazing product!!! PLEASE HELP US by fixing this. We dont want to change our woocommerce preference to another theme. Thanks
Thank you! We now have stopped using the templates and created independent pages for the categories. It seems that the page builder doesn't have the issue.
We figured version 26 has other issues among the BeBuilder, like adding spacing, aligning contents, changing text font size, etc., on the product page. All changes on BeBuilder can not be updated successfully. @Phil Please help to deep look into the issues, look forward to the subsequent theme updates.
Unfortunately, the FTP credentials are not working. However, we localized the root cause, and a fix will be available in the upcoming update, which we hope to release today or on Wednesday.
