Need get rid of a blank space at the top of site

Hi,

When I view site, only Dimentions:ipad mini size(768x1024), there is a blank space at the top.

I would like to get rid of this.

No,Unfortunately, the space still appears from my computer. Does it have to do with moving this to fix it?
