Can't edit page.
at first after i installed the theme i was able to edit a page but after say 30 mins when i came back to edit the page and reloading the edit page it would show up blank or load but wouldn't be able to edit any content on the page. Also making a page did not solve the issue. I looked at my console for errors and i saw Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING for post.php:1. Please advise on how to fix this issue. Here is my phpinfo file just in case. http://pedicuresinla.com/phpinfo.php and also the page i was working on was http://pedicuresinla.com/pedicures/ . Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Is the builder content different from the content from frontend?
Please be sure, that Wordpress Adress and Site Adress in Settings -> General are exactly the same as your website.
See this topic:
Thanks

I can see that you do not have the most current version of Betheme.
Please, update it.
Moreover, in your PHPINFO file, I noticed that you have a low max input vars value.
Please, contact your hosting provider to increase it to 5000.
Thanks
I'm hosting with godaddy. They can't help me with that and I'm not sure how to do it.
I updated the theme changed the setting you told me to. I'm still not able to edit an existing page. Please help
You changed only the Local Value, but the Master Value stayed untouched, and it is the one that should be modified.
To work correctly, Betheme requires at least 5000 max input vars (sometimes even more if you have a significant amount of content on your page). The page you worked on was cut because this value is too low.
You can try the steps from the following link:
https://betterstudio.com/blog/increase-max-input-vars-limit/
However, if none of them will work, only your hosting provider will be able to change it. If they cannot/do not want to modify it I can only recommend changing your hosting.
Best regards
I followed the link you gave me and changed the files. I'm still having the same issue.
The Master Value is still unchanged (your PHPINFO file).
It means that only your hosting can change that.
Best regards
why is max_input_vars the issue? I have 5 other sites on godaddy that are at "1000" and betheme is working fine. I don't get it.
I've changed the htaccess file, user.ini file and the php.ini file to have 500 max_input_vars the betheme settings says it's correct. why is the theme not working correctly.
please read the chat on the right of the screen
Your other websites might have less content, and that is why they are working. When your page reached a certain amount of content (allowed by the max input vars) the page was cut, and that is why it is not working correctly.
Master value is more important because it represents actual server settings, but the WP panel shows the local value.
Best regards
