BeBuilder content suddenly disappeared

Hi there,

while I was working on the website's home, after saving, the BeBuilder content has been completely lost.

I'm still able to view the home page and it's content on the live version but when I try to edit the page, the backend is completely empty...

I've checked the posts table in the database and there's no content there as well

5 revisions have been saved for this page but all of them are empty, there are no history entries too

Any idea about how I can restore the backend to work properly?

I got the latest BeTheme version with everything up to date.

Ay help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Hello Phil, and thank you for your answer.

It worked and finally, I'm able again to see the BeBuilder contend and after different attempts, I've identified the plugin that creates the issue.

Weirdly this error affects only the home page and not the others.
