Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?'

Hi

I am unable to edit any pages on my site. Any time I try to edit a page I get the following error.

I have updated the theme to version and Plugins which did not help. I also tried to disable all plugins. I still get the same error even with no plugins activated.

Can anyone please advise of a fix for this?
