Fonts and Styles do not change & Saved in Theme Options

Dear, I have installed the theme and imported Demo. When I started Customisation, The whole website Font was changed automatically. and When I try to change it from theme options it doesn't work, i.e. Any Font Size & Style in Theme Options not saving changes. . Please help me to work smoothly.
