Can Betheme do a 2 evel menu instead of a drop down? If so, how?

I do not want to misunderstand you. Do you mean the menu in two rows, instead of one?

Do you have any examples of what it should look like? If yes, can you send them, please?

Child menu items on a line under the parent instead of in a dropdown, aka horizontal sub menu
