Header and sub header layout is not being saved
Hi, greetings!
We are facing an issue with the theme options, our theme is registered but we are not being able to access all the available theme options.
Please take a look at the attached screenshot wherein it says REGISTER, but our theme is already registered. We would like to use one of the header and sub-header options available, you can see the highlighted one in the same screenshot.
Please advise how this can be fixed as the website is live.

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
