Betheme support not responding

I purchased a new betheme in which I am not able to edit prebuilt themes. Whenever we click on the Update button at home, the response from your server is 403. 

For the last 3 days, I'm trying to contact you about these but still, my problem is not solved.

    I already send the response to this topic, please do not open another topics if they are related to this same question, it won't make that your problem will be solved quicker.

    We, as the support team, work from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday, sorry that you had to wait the weekend til the response.
