Your wordpress was configured wrong, I tried to change it to https, but then the wordpress just stopped working, it looks like you did not configure your ssl certificate correctly.
You have to fix it, by changing the option on your hosting settings to be HTTPS, not HTTP - after that the page builder will work correctly.
Yes, and this is how it should work if you set the links there, it's replacing default social icons with links.
Remove the menu which is using that "Social Menu Bottom", then go to the Theme Options -> Footer and check the Copyright & Social bar to "Center" or "Default"
Remember, you have to fill the socials you want to display in there, in Theme Options -> Social

Hi,
Is there any error message when you try to edit with the builder?
If yes, please, attach a screenshot showing them.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
I switched to parent theme but same issue. See attached screenshot.
Let me know how can I share admin panel access?

From where I can set social media links in footer? I have added links but not showing in footer.
You have to create a menu in Appearance -> Menus and asign it as "Social Menu Bottom"
thanks
I have already done this but only showing 2 links not social links. see attached screenshot.
You have already access of my website backend.
