Missing Shipping Address Form
Hi, I'd like to display the shipping address form if a customer has a different billing address. In your theme, the shipping address is simpfied to an Order note text field, and caused a lot of failure payment. How can I do that?

Sorry, but I quite do not understand.
If a customer wants to do shipping to a different address, he can select the checkbox, and the new form appears.
Can you send a link to your website and a screenshot showing what you refer to, please?

Hi， thanks for replying. I don't see this check box on checkout page.
Please, go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping options, and check if you do not have selected Force shipping to the customer billing address. The customer cannot choose Ship to a different address with this option, so you need to have one of two other options.

Thanks, Phil. I selected the "Default to customer shipping address", and I tried the "Default to customer billing address", both are not working.?
