Custom CSS set in WPML String Translation list does not affect secondary language page rendering

Hello,

I have added the string name [betheme]custom-css in WPML string translation list as follows, but it seems that the (translation) changes in the secondary language, do not affect the page rendering, something that with other translations that we made in WPML string translation list did not occurred in the past:
