How and where can I customize my blog page?

Hi,

1) The navigation color between posts can be modified in Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Content by changing the Theme color.

2) Can you explain in more detail how would you like to customize these icons, please?

3) Please use the following CSS code:

.section-related-adjustment .desc h4 a{
   font-size: 20px!important;
   line-height: 24px!important;
}
.section-related-adjustment .desc .button span{
   font-size: 16px!important;
}

Hello,

You can disable that option in the Theme Options -> Global -> Navigation & share, just tick off the option.
