Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I replicated this issue in my environment and passed it to the dev team.
If this is the only Progress Bar on your website, you can resolve it with this CSS:
body .progress_bars .bars_list:not(.hover) li .bar .progress{ width: 68%!important; }Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
If you have more Progress Bars, with this CSS they will load to 68% as well.
We will fix it in the upcoming updates.

The progress bars are working correctly with the newest version of Betheme.
You can remove this CSS after the update.
