How do I control the amount of white space between certain sections?

How do I reduce the amount of white space gap between the blue text 'WordPress Website Hosting" and the full page width line?

Here is another section I want to reduce the amount of space.... it's the website footer. The red line indicates the white space I want to reduce

Hi,

1) We set the space between sections with padding. It can be changed in the section options under Advanced -> Spacing.

2) The Footer spacing can be modified in Betheme -> Theme options -> Footer.

None of my sections seem to have any padding specified.....

Please, check if the padding is not assigned in the Deprecated options.
