Error
Hello, I have the problem that I had my BeTheme version on an IONOS website (wordpress), this has also worked so far wonderfully. However, the website has hung / respectively had to be reinstalled. With the reinstalled WP version, I wanted to re-enter the purchase code after the BeTheme installation, but it says the following error message:
"Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: hinzarchitektur3-7e6s2rj7sq.live-website.com"
However, this website was my relaunched version after reinstalling before I changed the domain. I just want to get back on the newly installed site my. BeTheme version. I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible.
