long description does not appear on some products.
On some products the long description does not appear. We tried to create a new product idem. we bought version 26.6.2 to possibly solve the problem (we are currently going to 20.8.4) but we have this message: The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.
Theme registration can be only done through Betheme -> Dashboard. The license manager tool is only for checking to which domain your license key is assigned, and to deregister license keys.

You have a custom CSS that hides it.
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS, and remove it from there.
