Hi,
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.
Thanks
Hi, is there a way I can send you my website without it being published publically on here?
Please send this information privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact.

I've just sent the link.
Are there any steps to reproduce this issue?
I have checked that on iPhone 12, and it works correctly.
Best regards
You have published my website address, please blur it out!
It is the subcategory drop downs that don't work, not the menu itself.
Sorry, my bad.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
OK, I managed to identify the problem and fix it however I have noticed another problem with the menu and general layout of the theme. At 767px the website snaps back to the full site and not the tablet template. It isn't a problem with just my site as I checked https://www.betheme.com/ and it does exactly the same thing. 766px works fine, as does 768px.
The website you have sent is not ours (it is fan-made).
Please, check the following video tutorial:

Thanks
Yes but it is still the same issue with the snap point, that tutorial doesn't address the issue I have raised?
Can you attach screenshots showing what exactly you refer to, please?
Thanks
How can I send you screenshots without posting them on here?
Please, put them on some image hosting, and send this information privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I've responded via email just waiting to hear from you.
I have checked that with Firefox, Chrome, and iPad mini, which have the same width, and I could not replicate the problem from your screenshots.
Did you check that on other browsers or real devices? You can also clear your browser cache.
Best regards
I have managed to replicate this on verious devices using various browsers.
If you use Chrome, Firefox or Edge and use the "Inspect" function and then switch to "Reponsive" view and set the width to 766px, then go to 767px and finally 768px you will see that the website "snaps" to a different layout each time.
Tired with all these browsers without luck.
Also, as I mentioned before, the iPad mini displays it correctly too.
Best regards
I've just accessed the website using a laptop I've never accessed it with and opened it in Chrome with developer tools and managed to replicate the issue no problem?
The issue occurs at 767px width, if you scroll down you will see the desktop website content is displayed.
Does this laptop (and other devices you tested it) have a changed scale in the screen display options?
If yes, please, change it to 100%, and recheck it. When the screen has changed the scaling, it will display an incorrect view, and it is not Betheme related problem.
Also, if you have an option, please, check your website with iPad mini.
Best regards
OK yes that seems to be what is causing the difference, strange that changed the version of the page being displayed at that specific resolution! Thanks for your help.
