Change Spacing on website

Hope you are well. Please assist as the spacing is way to much on the pre build website. I need to change it. Please see screenshots:
If someone can please guide me how to change these massive gaps on my website.

Hello,
The spacing comes from the deprecated padding settings for sections.

I suggest removing padding options from there, and set them again, and adjusting for Responsive view:
