How do I renew support on an expired license?

I have 2 licenses. One has expired. On Themeforest, it's showing the expiration for the latest version I bought on both licenses so I can't renew. How do I renew support on the expired license?

    Hi,

    You can renew/extend support on a theme forest on the Betheme page.

    Please, notice that support refers to access to the forum, and even when it expires, the license key on the website is fully functional, and you can update your Betheme to the newest versions.
