My shop page is set as categories (4) >which then opens a page with products and then any individual product you open.

There is no way for the end user to go back to the main page - etc


How do I set this up? I a m confused

    Forgot to mention my shop page is a Category Page (4 categories)

    How can I navigate back to the main SHOP PAGE? or to another product etc

    You can use the breadcrumbs for the subheader element, this is the only built-in navigation which allows you to enter the earlier page.

    Theme Options -> Header & Subheader -> Header
