Go to Templates, click on any template, and select Bebuilder will show 404 on the page, but for header, it seems fine on the site, just can't edit it

Do you have the newest version of Betheme installed?
If not, please, update it.
If yes, please go to Settings -> Permalinks, and if you have the Permalink structure set to Plain, change it to any other.
If it is set to a structure other than Plain, resave this setting, and check the template edit then.
