BeBuilder not displaying changes on preview page and elementor pro not enabled on here
Elementor Pro isn't enabled, but it was listed as a feature on your product page.
The BeBuilder won't display all changes on the preview page screen, background colours don't change etc.
Comments
Hi,
1) Elementor PRO is not included in the package. We support it, but you need to purchase it. Notice that we also support the free version of this builder.
2) Please, check the following link:
https://support.muffingroup.com/faq/bebuilder-content-different-from-frontend-missing-styles/
There you will find out how to resolve this problem.
If this will not help, please, attach link to your website and screenshots showing what you refer to.
Thanks
Hi Phil
I'm afraid this is still happening, even though I checked the general settings as instructed.
You did not send a link to your website, but I rewrote it from your screenshot.
However, your website has coming soon enabled, and I could not check your problem.
Please, disable coming soon for a while, and send a link to your website.
Thanks
Hi the link to the page i'm editing is https://gaudet-luce-shop.co.uk/worcester-shop
Thanks
I will need to take a closer look at this. Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I've just sent another message. please let me know if received.
I received your message, but you did not attach FTP access, and the user you sent does not have admin rights.
Please, send another message with FTP access, and change user privileges.
Thanks
Hi Phil
I'm not sure how to do FTP access and the account I sent is admin. Please can you advise on how to proceed? I need this website to be working so I can continue with building.
Thanks
Please, check the following link:
https://www.mydomain.com/help/article/ftp-how-to-connect-to-your-website
There you will find information about the FTP.
The account you have sent is not an admin, unfortunately, because it is all that I can see in the WP dashboard:
Please, edit this user, and change its role to Administrator.
Thanks
Hi Phil
That's all done thanks
Now the user works, but I did not receive your FTP access (it is necessary for us to inspect the root cause).
Did you send it? If yes, did you attach a link to this forum discussion?
Best regards
Hi just sent the updated details
