Hi, how do I remove the navigation arrows that copy over the shop slider and the slick dots under the slide?

They can be removed with a custom CSS code.

Try the following code:

.shop_slider .slider_navigation,
.shop_slider .slick-dots{
   display: none!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
