Checkbox in contact form isabove the text

Hello!

I have set a contact form Checkbox but the Checkbox is above the text.

Please could you let me know if is it possible to allign with the text?:

Hello,

Construction of your contact form should look like this:

<div class="column one">[acceptance Acceptance ]<span style="font-weight: 400;">I consent to the processing of data for the purpose of telephone contact.[/acceptance]</div>

Im having another issue: There is a dark stripe that I cant eliminate:
