Theme options do not appear anymore
Hello,
I use Betheme on a dozen sites, but on a few of them, I can no longer view the theme options. The version i use is the last one ( 26.8.4)
Can you please help me ?

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

It seems that when i deactivate this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/cookie-law-info/ cookieYes plugin ( more than 1million installations), the problem appears, but strangely, not on all my sites (however I still use this plugin) .
Precision, when I do a right click "inspect" the options appear. Any idea how to make the 2 work together?
