Problem with added elements
Hi,
I worked with BeTheme template on my website since 2 years.
I want to add elements on several pages. I see this elements on back and front office when I'm logged on wrodpress but the elements don't display when I'm unlogged...?
What can I do?

What version of Betheme do you have?
Do you have any caching plugins active? Also, ensure that you do not have any caching tool enabled on your server.

Be Theme version 21.6.1.
We have installed WP Rocket but the plugin is not actived.
Please update Betheme to the newest version, and check if the problem persists.

This message could mean that your license key is used on multiple domains. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme a couple of times (usually, it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

I updated the theme but it still doesn't work !
And the website is completely broken when I'm disconnected from wordpress while it works well when I'm connected to wordpress.

Moreover, please contact your server administrator, and ensure that you do not have any caching tools enabled on your server. If there are any, ask to disable them.

It doesn't works...
And in addition, I use your theme on several sites that we produce. I also have a similar problem on this site: https://www.yachter.fr/
I modify the contents. The backgrounds are displayed fine when I am connected. When disconnected, they disappear or are modified by other images.
Both of these websites have outdated Betheme installed.
Please update it, and check if the problem still appears.

The problem persists...
For example, on page "Qui sommes-nous" :
When I'M connected to wordpress, backgrounds are OK (yellow lines with stars) :
When I'm disconnected, backgrounds disapears :
I have to solve problems on this Two websites... Would you want access code for the Yachter too?
There is a possibility that your website changes the URL from http to https, which is incorrect, generates a mixed content error, and styles are not loaded correctly.
Your htaccess can redirect your website to http, so you should edit it and change it to https.

Sorry, but you sent incomplete data and did not attach FTP access.
However, I have disabled plugins that we do not support, and one of them causes this issue. See the screenshot below where plugins are disabled:
To find the culprit disable them one by one.

I try to desactivate Plugins but the problem persists.
And more the theme doesn't work well anymore on firefox.
FAQ doesn't work :
We can't open "+"
1) WP Rocket minify option broke that. I excluded BeBuilder CSS files, and the problem was gone. Please check it out.
2) The same with JS files. It corrected FAQ.
Instead, we activated minifying option in Theme options.

It's a problem... We have only changed text in an internal page and the website is completely broken.
On Home page, revolution slider doesn't displayed anymore, the elements are displayed badly and overlap, the menu does not work... It works very well and now the theme is completely broken. What we can do ?
It looks like you have some caching enabled on your server.
Please contact your server administrator, and ask to disable it.
After, check if the problem persists.
