Sticky menu not working using header builder
I started with a demo site and the sticky header worked with the default header of that site. I built a different header with the header builder and now the sticky header doesn't work. I have enabled sticky header in the header options but it still isn't working.

I didn't receive an email that you responded for some reason and just now saw this. I sent in the info through the contact form. Thank you
Hi,
You have activated it, but you did not add any sections to it.
See the following video tutorial at 1:14:
https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/how-to-activate-sticky-header/
Best regards
When I do that and select Copy Default, the background color goes away. I tried to find the hex color of the background using the Inspect element in Chrome but it is giving me #99772f and that isn't the exact color. How can I find the correct color to use of the background I have? It would be the same color as the Safari 2 demo site header.
The color used in the Safari demo is #e1dad1.
Best regards
That worked. Thank you.
I am not sure if you saw the question about the slider revolution. There are a few pictures and then a small video in the last slot. When it switches from the last image to the video, a small portion of the left side of the slider revolution box gets stuck on the image for a few seconds. I noticed I see this on wider monitors but if I am on a 15 inch laptop, I don't see it. Is there a setting I need to change for this to work?
Sorry, I overlooked this part of your message.
The Slider Revolution is not our plugin, so I highly recommend checking their official manual:
https://www.sliderrevolution.com/manual/
You can find many tutorials explaining how to set up the slider properly.

I am trying to create a mobile menu with the burger icon. When I go to select the menu to display, it has my right and left menus that can be selected since I have a split menu. I can only select one and it won't have all the menus. Is there a way to create a third menu for the mobile burger that would have all my menus that are in the main split menu header?
The mobile header looks fine in the builder but when I pull it up on the phone it doesn't look right. I went to the responsive section and hid the Default and Sticky menu from tablet and mobile but it still doesn't work. Also when I click on Default now, the header is gone and I didn't change anything besides hiding mobile and tablet.
The Default header is now gone
The mobile looks correct in the builder but not on the phone
1) You can either create a third menu with all menu items from the two menus you already have or create a Sidebar menu template, combine these menus there, and assign it to the hamburger menu.
https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/sidebar-menu-vertical-header-builder/
2) Did you set the mobile header Body offset to Yes in the header template options?
If not, please do that. You also might have to assign a background color for the mobile section.
Best regards
I changed the offset to Yes but it didn't change anything. I had to revert back to a save from last night to get the headers back on the desktop and laptop sites. Those for some reason were hidden until I started scrolling. They worked last night and when I check again this morning the headers were gone and I hadn't logged in since last night.
I have offset set to Yes and the image below is what I am getting. The background doesn't go all the way to the left where the menu burger icon is. The account and shopping cart icon are also missing but they are there in the builder.
I just can't seem to get the items in the mobile header to line up. All I want is the burger menu to the left, the logo in the middle and the account icon and shopping cart to the right. I had to start all over again due to the headers missing from last night. The mobile header below is how it looks now in the phone but I can't get the logo to move to the right to be in the center of the page. It seems like if I change a setting it shifts everything else.
Also when I scroll on my phone, the header stays but the background doesn't stay with the scroll. The background changes to whatever is on the webpage behind the burger menu, logo and other icons.
This is the mobile in the builder that I can't get the logo to move to the right.
This is how the background of the header looks on my phone. The solid background doesnt stay with the header when scrolling.
You can disregard all the previous posts. I think I figured out how to center the logo.
Is there a way to generate a preview of the mobile page that I can interact with? Right now I am going back to my phone to test but wasn't sure if there was a way to test on the desktop. Is there a way to change how the menu opens for the menu burger? Right now it opens up to right and covers the page vertically. Is there a way to make it open up differently? I couldn't find any documentation on the settings for the menu burger.
There is a sidebar menu builder. Please see the following video tutorial:
https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/sidebar-menu-vertical-header-builder/
Best regards
Can I create a sidebar menu for mobile and switch back to the one I just created if I decide I like it better? Is there a way to have multiple mobile headers that I can activate depending on which one I want to use is what I'm asking I think.
Sorry, but I quite do not understand.
Can you explain that in more detail, please?
Thanks
Nevermind on that question. I was confused on how the sidebar menu works. I have a few single pages I have imported from different demo sites. How does the font and size work with importing? Does it stay the same font and text size as the demo page or does it default to my site settings? If the font and text size are different when importing from a demo site, how can I find out the font and size it is using? When I go to the settings it is all set to Default.
If you have imported those pages with Single Page Import tool, it only import the layout, not the settings which is the most correct behave as we don't want to overwrite current settings. If you want to know what fonts and other settings been applied on specific demo, you have to make another wp instance for tests where you can import complete demos as settings like fonts comes with complete demo import only.
Is there a way to have the background continue without a line between the sections so it is a continous background image?
I would add the prebuilt part of the 2nd section to the first section but I don't see a way to do that so I created a 2nd section.
Any link to page to page? As i don't see any line on the screenshot. for me, the background just repeats.
I am not sure what you mean by any link page to page. The line is circled in red in the screenshot. It is two seperate sections with the same background so the background repeats. I want a solid background with no line.
I asked for the link to page where this background is because for me it looks like repeated background and not any line between. Hence, please send me link to that page where this bg is.

I was trying to import the demo page below for this but it wasn't working. Is this a page that needs to be fixed on your end to be able to be imported?

Just as I thought, there is NO LINE. You made 2 sections and each section have its own background. If you want to have one background, you should have 1 section instead.
