Polylang and Templates

Hi,
Do you have the newest version of Betheme installed? If not, please update it and check if the problem persists.
If yes, please privately send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I have the same problem.
How do I set a template for one language and the translated template for another?
Hi @pixelgraficadesign,
You must translate the header template:
And when you do this, assign both templates to the entire website (or other conditions you choose). Then template will be assigned to the language it was created for.
Best regards
I did exactly this procedure but it doesn't work. The site only sees one template for all languages (the last one that is saved)

@pixelgraficadesign,
We have corrected it on your website.
Please check it out.
Best regards
Ok, the header works. What can I do for the same in the footer?
Can you explain to me the procedure
Clicking on the plus icon will do the job.
Our correction affected other templates too, and translations works correctly for Footer templates as well.
Best regards
The footer I see in the English version is not the one I created with the + in the templates.
Furthermore, now I see all WordPress entries in English instead of Italian as it was before
1) I have saved the English footer template, and everything seems to work.
2) Can you please attach a screenshot showing which entries you refer to?
Thanks
Ok, everything works now. Thank you
In the WordPress settings the language is Italian, but the side entries are in English. Before your intervention I saw them correctly in Italian....
Sorry, we forgot to change the user language.
Now, it should be correct.
Best regards
Thanks
