Prebuitl blocks insert wrong element

When i insert a new section and try to insert a prebuilt section it inserts the wrong block.

As you can see i selected "Full width blocks Image and Headings + desc"

And the builder inserts the block "Blocks list with description" the one before the current selected.

I have tested with other blocks and the problem is only with those 2 consecutive blocks
