Can't edit templates
When I try to edit an existing template, it flashes "Connection Error" and then shows the BeBuilder logo and never loads the editor.
This same behavior happens when I try to create a new template.

Hey,
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I've sent the request information through the contact form. Please let me ASAP if there is anything else you need.
Sorry, but the login credentials you sent are not working.
Moreover, you did not attach FTP access.
Please send another message with complete and working data.
Thanks
I've sent another email with what I believe is the requested information. Please let me know if you need anything else!!
We have not met with such an FTP file before, so we could not enter it.
However, from what we checked in the dashboard, it seems that that your server blocks frames loading.
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Frame-Options
Contact your server administrator and ask to correct that.
Best regards
I spoke with my server support company, JustHost. They wanted me to ask you to confirm with if sameorigin Xframe is needed for this theme? They said if that code is needed, then it won't work in shared hosting. That Xframe needs root access and VPS or dedicated plans
Please ask them if it is possible to change it through the htaccess.

Thanks
They said if they make that change it breaks the wordpress site and I can't access it anymore.
I'm not sure where to go from here. If I can't edit templates I'll have to try and find a different theme.
We are surprised by such an answer. Did they tell you anything more about that? We are curious how it may break WordPress.
It is a setting available on most servers, and it does not break anything.
Thanks
No, one person I was talking to said they made the change and asked for me to try the page again. When I tried it my whole dashboard was down. So I don't know if they just did it wrong or what. I'd be more than willing to do a Zoom with you all and give you access to my JustHost login so you can either make the change yourselves or talk to support. I'm not that familiar with what we're trying to do so I don't know how well I'm explaining it.
Sorry, but we do not provide such type of support, only through the forum or private message.
Best regards
What do you suggest I do? The theme is unusable in its current state.
Can you provide more detailed steps to modify the headers through htaccess?
I figured out how to modify the htaccess file. I added the following but the error is still happeing.
Header always append X-Frame-Options "ALLOW-FROM https://www.harrisconsociates.com/*"
Can we create a copy of your website? To be 100% sure that it is a server issue, we wanted to check our environment.
Best regards
Sure
What is the update on this? I haven't heard anything for a few days...
Sorry, I could not answer you because of the holidays.
It was not related to the server.
In the permalink structure, you inserted this:
It was causing this issue.
I changed the permalink structure to the Post name, and the templates load correctly.
Best regards
