Hello for some reason the add to card button is greyed out. Even when selection an option is still grey out. I get "please select some product options before adding this product to your cart."
If I add default form values from product edit then it is enabled. But still this is not how it supposed to work.
Can you please check what is wrong?

There is the wholesales woo plugin that removes add card button for guests.
Please let me know how to send codes so you can enter as admin and see the issue

I can see that you created this attribute in the product options.
Please try to create it through Products -> Attributes, assign it to this product, and check if the problem persists.
Another thing you can try is to disable Custom Variation Swatches in Theme options.
