Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Performacne, and enable the option to load Builder local styles Inline in the header.

Hi Phil, I did this a time ago, it actually worked. but now it doesn't work anymore. this is what I get all the time. I cannot upload a video but I have two screenshot that shows the problem. first shot is what you see, as soon as you scroll the page will jump into my new theme which I want to see directly.
also if I adjust the mobile version the desktop version also changes. How can I mannually change the outlook of theme on mobile without changing desktop theme
Do you have the newest version of Betheme installed?

Hi Phil, i am editing the headers of the pages. And im working on it. See yourself
as soon as you scroll, the page changes to the new design which i want to see directly, see also photos. It jumpes over.
i just downloaded the latest version.
The is theme is giving me headaces. Things are really not working properly. Im adjusting all the time and the theme shows differently in different browsers aswel. I work in safari but in chrome the theme looks stupid.
Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.
