Variations in products

Hello,

I have a problem with the variations of the products.

In one product i have 80 variations ([Links visible only for registered users])

and on the other product i have less than 50 variations ([Links visible only for registered users])

In the second (less than 50 ) works fine, but on the other product i have to choose all the variation to show me at the end that there is no choice for this product.

As you can see in the first product, it doesnt let me click all the variations. Only if someone exists

Can you assist ?

  • Hey,

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason.

  • Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. This is how attributes work, and if you switch to another theme like Twenty Twenty-Four, you will notice that the same thing happens: all attributes display and will show if the product is available or not only if you select all attributes.

  • Hello,

Maybe there was a misanderstanding in our explanation of the problem. The problem is that in the product with more than 50 variations, the format is completely broken.

In the examples we mentioned above, you can see that with less than 50 variations the format is fine ([Links visible only for registered users]), while at the other it breaks down ([Links visible only for registered users]).

If managing 80 variations isn't feasible, are there any plugins that could provide assistance in this case.

    Best Regards.

  • Indeed, I could misunderstand you. However, I am not sure what you refer to at the moment.

Can you attach screenshots showing what you are talking about, please?

    Thanks

  • The corect format is the one in this product: [Links visible only for registered users]

Attached, I have two screenshots named "correct-form" which illustrate some features that function properly in the product with fewer than 50 variations. Additionally, there are two screenshots named "wrong-form," demonstrating the same field being completely broken, in the product with 80 variations.

In correct-form1 you can see the correct form of the tabs. In the correct-form2 you can see that the unavailable options are unclockable whilst in the wrong-form2 i can click them and it pops a error message.

Upon importing multiple products with varying numbers of variations, I have concluded that the format breaks when it exceeds 50 variations.

  • In correct-form1 you can see the correct form of the tabs. In the correct-form2 you can see that the unavailable options are unclockable whilst in the wrong-form2 i can click them and it pops a error message.

Alright, so I understood you correctly previously, and I was referring to that when I said:

[...]This is how attributes work, and if you switch to another theme like Twenty Twenty-Four, you will notice that the same thing happens[...]

We do not have an influence on that behavior as it comes directly from WooCommerce.

  • Isn't your theme compatible with WooCommerce? How did you notice that it's a WooCommerce issue? Did you find any error logs?

  • Our theme is compatible with WooCommerce, and I believe you are missing my point. What you describe here is not a Betheme issue. It is how WooCommerce behaves after a certain amount of variations, and as I already mentioned here twice, the same thing happens with other themes.

I found the following article: [Links visible only for registered users].

I hope it will help you.

    Best regards
