whenever I change the color it give me this screen
also whenever I change background color for a section and upload it
the changes are not shown

1) Can you tell me where you are changing that, please?
2) Please check if you do not have caching plugin active on your website, or some caching tool on your server. If it is active, disable it, and check if changes in the section work.

You have some cache tools.
I have disabled it, and I suggest activating it after you finish working on your website.
1) Most likely, theme options do not save because of the time limit set to zero on your server.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this value to at least 180s.
2) I can see that your sections use deprecated settings, and that is why you might not notice color change.
