  No i havent!!! this happens when you navigate the site, sometimes it doesnt load one file, sometimes doesnt load the two files i mentioned...please, help me!

  Yes, both file works what you can see on [Links visible only for registered users] (we already opened this file to show you that it works). So maybe this is temporary issue on your side only but because it on your side, we have no idea what could be the reason. 404 errors are always related with server so you should look for a problem on server side. We got only one solution http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/3081/problem-with-style-php-and-style-colors-php-file which helped few users in the past but this is because of server configuration.

  it gave me this error: 

  Forbidden

  You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

  Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  if its a server problem what should i say to the person in charge? to solve this...

  is it a file permission? should it be a 644 permission on the ftp? or what?...im about to loose this client over this error. help!

  So please contact with server administrator because we have completely no idea what is blocked on your server. Just show administrator what happen.
