i changed the image on my offline site and the image is not showing the paralax image move as it should, i have tryed changing the parallax option, but it did not work
please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Any Possiable things i can do, with out supplying site access???
Please try to use an image with a higher resolution (at least 1920x1080px).
If this will not work WP dashboard access will be mandatory.
