  and i find where i can modify the theme-shortcodes.php

  and i try to had your child theme 

  with screenshot

  css

  and i create a folder functions with theme-shortcodes.php inside

  but that doesn't (i mean that work but doesn't use my new theme-shortcodes.php

  and add functions.php file : but the theme child work but not my changing in the theme-shortcodes.php file ?
