Error 400: Please check your code, server configuration or contact your hosting provider.
Hi MuffinGroup-Team,
since the last wave of updates on my wordpress-installation i got the following error when i try to save the site "Willkommen" (Home-Site) on my page https://kjp-re.de/:
"Error 400: Please check your code, server configuration or contact your hosting provider."
As you can see, i got a problem at the bottom of the home site with the width of the section "Zur ersten Terminabsprache". Before the updates the google-map was just shown under the last picture galerie and not besides the text-block with the form.
Couldt you please check the site an help me with it?
Beste regards
Julian

Hi,
i checked everything mentioned in the video but unfortunately that doesn't fix the problem.

Hi,
i send the information via the contact form.
Thanks
Please check it out now.
Wrongly placed acceptance shortcode in your contact form was causing this issue.
Best regards
Hi,
it works fine now. Thanks for yout help.
I would never have thought that the error was caused by the form.
That is why it is important to be sure that your all shortcodes and HTML tags are placed correctly, as they might cause such unpredictable issues.
If I can help you with anything else, please let me know.
Best regards

Hi @kg-soft,
Did you check your custom HTML construction if you did not make any mistakes?
If yes, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

@kg-soft,
I have checked some pages, and they update without any problems:
Should I check some specific page?
Best regards
Hello! Thank you for your message. I'm sorry that I'm replying after such a long time, but I had to go to a course. The problem actually went away. However, I have the same problem on the next page. What both sites have in common is that they were moved from one hosting to another. Now I checked the third website whose hosting I changed and I have the same symptom. Are there any additional steps I need to take when changing hosting?
How did you migrate your website?
We always suggest using the Duplicator plugin as we have never had problems with it.

The Duplicator plugin specifically triggered the function in Utilities Clear Build Cache. Thanks for the help.
So everything is fine now?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Best regards
