Issue with WooCommerce Product Reviews Not Displaying

I have two websites, https://kimiahogar.com and https://grupolumiares.com, both using BeTheme and WooCommerce. Despite enabling product reviews in WooCommerce settings, reviews are not showing on product pages. I followed your video tutorial, https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/how-to-customize-woocommerce-single-product-layout/ tried deactivating plugins, clearing the cache, and using different browsers, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me resolve this?

  • I have just checked the pages and the attached screenshot does not show me the box to activate ratings... how do I do it? If in product settings in WooCommerce is checked to enable ratings but in product does not come out.

  • Please activate another theme, like Twenty Twenty-Four, and check if the problem persists.

  • I have done this step of changing the theme and the same thing keeps happening, I have put the Betheme theme again and the problem is still the same....

  • This means that it is not a Betheme-related problem. It would be best if you contacted WooCommerce support regarding this.

    I’m experiencing an issue with product reviews not displaying on my websites kimiahogar.com and grupolumiares.com, both using BeTheme alongside WooCommerce. Although the reviews are enabled in WooCommerce, they do not appear on the product pages. Here’s a summary of the steps I’ve taken so far to try and resolve the issue:

    1. WooCommerce settings check:
      • I’ve confirmed that product reviews are enabled both globally and on individual products.
    2. Theme switch:
      • I switched to "Twenty Twenty-Four" and also tried "Storefront" to rule out a theme issue with BeTheme. However, the reviews still don’t show up on product pages.
    3. Plugin deactivation:
      • I deactivated all plugins, including caching plugins, to check for conflicts, and reactivated them one by one. I also disabled server-side caching, but the issue persists.
    4. Custom code removal:
      • I removed any custom code snippets that could potentially cause conflicts, but this didn’t resolve the issue.
    5. Product page template check:
      • I reviewed the product page template and ensured that the review blocks and star rating elements are correctly configured and present.
    6. Comparison with another site:
      • I have another website with the same configuration (BeTheme and WooCommerce), hosted on the same server, where reviews display correctly. This suggests the issue is specific to kimiahogar.com and grupolumiares.com.
    7. Testing in incognito mode and across devices:
      • I’ve tested in incognito mode and across multiple devices, but the problem persists.
    8. Error logs and plugin conflicts:
      • I reviewed the error logs and found some related to a shipping plugin (Nacex), which I temporarily deactivated to rule out any conflict, but the issue remains unresolved.

    Despite all these tests, I’m still unable to get product reviews to display on these two websites, while my other site with the same setup is working fine. Could there be something within BeTheme causing this issue, or could you suggest any additional steps I might take to resolve it?

  • As I mentioned in my previous message, it does not seem to be a Betheme issue, so you must contact WooCommerce support instead.
