I'm working on a real estate website that lists properties. I want to be able to search and filter through the list. Can someone guide on on whether this is possible and how to add such a search and filter option?

you are looking more for a 3rd party plugin and not functionality built-in into theme. Such filtration can be achieved with 3rd party plugins.
