Issue with Product Quantity Selection on Website
Hello Betheme Support Team,
We are currently experiencing an issue on our website concerning the product quantity functionality:
- When selecting the '+' or '-' buttons in the product quantity field, the quantity numbers do not update or appear as expected. This functionality is crucial for our customers to manage product quantities efficiently.
- Additionally, for products with only 1 unit in stock, it should not be necessary for customers to select the product quantity manually, as there is only one unit available.
- We would also like to have the units and stock numbers centrally aligned beneath the product price.
Could you please assist us in resolving these issues or guide us on how to correct this behaviour?

Following up on our previous message, we've identified that the issue described regarding the '+' or '-' buttons in the product quantity field not updating occurs specifically for products with more than one unit in stock.
For products with only one unit available, we noticed the quantity selection appears unnecessarily. Ideally, it should default to 1 unit without requiring manual selection by the customer.
Could you please review and assist us further with this clarification?
Here is the link to a product with 2 units in stock for your reference:

Hello,
1, 2) Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent and recheck it.
3) Try the following CSS code:
Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
Thanks
Hello,
Thank you for your prompt response.
As suggested, we have disabled all plugins (except WooCommerce), switched to the parent Betheme, and cleared our cache. Unfortunately, the issue persists:
We kindly ask you to assist us further in resolving this issue.
Thank you again for your support.
After further investigation, we've identified that Betheme's custom JavaScript appears to override the default WooCommerce quantity functionality. It seems there's a missing conditional check to properly handle products with exactly 1 unit in stock, which should ideally disable or hide the quantity selector buttons.
Could you please review this specific aspect and help us apply a suitable fix?
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. It would also help if you tell what JS you talk about.

Hello,
As requested, I'm providing the WordPress dashboard and FTP access details privately via the contact form on ThemeForest.
Regarding your question about the JavaScript involved, we think it might be related to Betheme’s custom JavaScript (
mfn-woocommerce.js
or similar) possibly overriding WooCommerce's default quantity selection functionality, but we are not certain.I've just sent the access details through the provided link.
Thank you for your support.
We received your private message and are checking what the reason could be.
Best regards
We have corrected it on your website.
Please check it out.
Best regards
