Site apparently registered on 2 different purchase codes
Hello.
I have several websites where I use BeTheme, and each one has its own license and purchase code. Recently, I wanted to edit the Betheme Options of one of them (web A) and I got the following message: ‘Please register the license to get the access to Muffin Options’. When I went to register the license code, it told me that another of my sites (web B) is already using that code. I was surprised by this error, as both sites have been active for some time, and I had not encountered this problem.
When I went to check the licence code of web B, I saw that it was different to that of web A, and it matched the one I had intended for web B.
However, if I go to check my licences at https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/, web B appears registered simultaneously with both codes, and web A does not appear.
I tried to deregister the inteded-for-web-A code of web B, but it doesn't allow me to do so because it says that my site is still using BeTheme. But I can't delete the BeTheme files because that web is active and running, and has a different license code.
How can I solve this?
