Pages data lost

Hello, after a version upgrade seems I lost all pages data. But if I search some text keyword in phpmyadmin, I can see that the content is there.

I tried to restore two different backups but the problem still persists. The website is [Links visible only for registered users]

System status Server configuration 0problems found Check

PS: In another website with same structure, this problem does not occurred. I tried to migrate a backup of this other website with same backup tool and I have no problems here. The web hosting is the same.

    The culprit is the plugin Contact Form 7 Datepicker. It is not compatible with PHP version 8+ and causes the following error:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function create_function() in /home1/agriturismodifio/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-datepicker/datetimepicker.php:197

    This error caused the malfunction of the Betheme database update, which led to your problem with BeBuilder content.

    You can either disable this plugin or downgrade your PHP version to 7.4, because this plugin was not updated for 9 years and uses deprecated functions:

    After you decide on one of these suggestions, you should restore revisions of your pages or a backup of your entire website from before an update.

    Hello, I noticed that the problem is solved only in home page. In the other pages still persists.

    Please go to Betheme -> Tools, use the CSS update option, and check if the problem persists.

    We checked the database, and all pages are empty.

    Did you restore the backup, including the database backup?

    Do you have any earlier backups?

    Sure, I restored everything, the home page is present. Why are the other pages missing? I have three backup: gen 2024, jun 2024 and dec 2024, but all with the same issue. I also tried older wordpress, older php. This has never happened before, i have other 2 website with similar configuration (same BeTheme, same period of creation), i tried to clone these other two website and i have no problems...

    As I mentioned, the outdated plugin seems to be the reason for it all.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask if they can help restore the content in the database from the pages that it is missing.

    My hosting provider does not offer this kind of support. Can't you recover from the database the other pages content like in the home page? Have I lost all?

    The page's content in the database is empty, so there is nothing to recover from.

    There were a couple of revisions for the homepage from which we could restore the content, but the rest of the pages are completely empty.

    If you contacted your hosting provider and they said that they cannot help you, I am afraid that you will have to recreate rest of your pages.

    I sent a backup of the db right now. If I search a text string such as "Assaporare la tradizione" ([Links visible only for registered users]) I can see it in the file, but I can't restore.

    We tried multiple approaches and attempts, but the database is so corrupted because of that plugin that we are not able to fix it on your website.

    Unfortunately, the only option is to manually recreate those pages.
