Add to cart button cant be translated in shop single product template

I open the template in the BeBuilder change the german text to english: ADD TO CART, but in frontend nothing changed. Has anybody an idea? Maybe cashing problems?

    its only in this page which is a single product template. In english translation you see the german text "IN DEN WARENKORB" but want to have "add to cart". The funny thing, i changed the color of the english button to bit blue to see if changes apears. It do but text not... We have another product and here it works fine also with text.
