BETHEME LICENCE USED ON SUB DOMAINS
HI THERE, we confirmed with you guys last month that a betheme website licence can be used on multiple sub domains - we are now getting a warning saying our theme is not licenced for the main domain.
eg. main domain: https://afm-ags.org and sub domain https://nationalyouthministry.afm-ags.org/
What is going on here? We advised our client they do not have to buy a new betheme license as per what your support person phil said... that we don't need a new license per each subdomain.

Was the license key registered on the main domain first and then on the subdomain?
If not, please deregister it through Betheme -> Dashboard, go to the main domain register it, and then register on the subdomain.

Yes I did it in the correct order... Main domain was the first and only licence, then 1 year later we. made the sub domain and put the same licence there... but no luck
Please send us the WordPress dashboard access to both domains and the license key privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

I sent you logins earlier today!
I went to nationalyouthministry.afm-ags.org, deregistered the license from there. Then, I went to afm-ags.org, registered the license there, and finally went back to nationalyouthministry.afm-ags.org, where I registered the license again, and it worked properly.
Are you sure that you registered it on the afm-ags.org first?

Yes I am sure. The first website was made over 1 year ago... the 2nd website was made 3 weeks ago. Thank you.
