Error template product

Hello,

we have a problem with our e-commerce. We used a template for products. Sometimes the product view is wrong.

We never had flag this option in every single product:

This is the right view:

And this is the wrong view:

Both have not that flag.

So, could it be the reason of this wrong view? We have to flag the template in every product? We don't understand why it happens randomly and, first of all, why this problem started now (we are live since december 2024).

Please, help us :)

  • It seems that it occurred when the product was deleted.

    We have made a correction for that, and it should not happen anymore.

  • I created a new product for a test, and after deleting it, the template was unassigned.

    unfortunely I don't understand the problem: why have I to create and delate a product? Furthermore, this error with the template product happened with product that we have created and not delated.

    This is our process:

    we created a product template and activated for every product in the shop;

    we created the first product sheet;

    we continued to create new product sheets by duplicating the first one.

    The question is: why is it happened that, suddenly, we have seen this error?

  • I believe that you misunderstood me. You do not have to delete the product. I noticed that the problem occurred when I deleted the product I had created for testing purposes.

    I made corrections to your theme files, and everything should be fine now, regardless of whether you add, remove, or do anything else with your products.
